A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
Pizza Delivery – Provide each kid an AbMat or similar object to balance overhead in a waiter’s carry as if holding a pizza. On “Go,” the kids must try to knock the other kids’ pizzas out of their hands without losing their own pizzas. Last kid standing with his or her pizza wins the round. Kids whose pizzas are knocked down go to sidelines and do 3 AbMat presses and 3 AbMat sit-ups.

FOCUS:
Plank to wall walk-ups

GET READY:
1:00 – downward dog
1:00 each side – Samson stretch

CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
1:00 – tuck jumps
1:00 – push presses, 1#-10# dumbbell
1:00 – floppies
1:00 – wall walk-ups

GAME:
Tabata Play
2 rounds
20 seconds play catch using a Gator Skin dodgeball with a partner => 10 seconds rest
2 rounds
20 seconds thumb wrestle with a partner => 10 seconds rest
2 rounds
20 seconds back-to-back seated, lock arms, stand up, sit down stay locked back-to-back => 10 seconds rest
2 rounds
20 seconds run around => 10 seconds rest
