Plank games – Shake hands, crossed high fives, spin 360

FOCUS:
Kettlebell deadlift – what we mean by flat back and muscles on/muscles off

GET READY:
1:00 – frog stretch
1:00 – happy baby against the wall

CONDITIONING:
3 x 2:00 work/1:00 rest
Hollow hold on bar
Alternating knee sit-ups
Push presses/AbMat (balance flat requires good bar path and focus)

GAME:
Safe While Moving with blocked squats at cones
