A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
Plank games –
1:00 – 360-spin races
1:00 – cross-hand claps
1:00 – alternate forearm to hands
1:00 – 3-point plank

FOCUS:
Press – practice AbMat presses; cue where you go to (bar path and shoulder engagement)

GET READY:
1:00 each side – reach over shoulder and behind back to touch other hand
1:00 – partner arm raises from behind

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
5 seated presses
5 box jumps
5 incline push-ups (on box)

GAME:
Tortoise and Hare – In a race format, 10-meter bunny hops versus 7-meter lateral plank walks. Must maintain plank with minimal piking.
