5 jumping jacks
5 toe touch in jumping jack position, using opposite hand to foot

FOCUS:
Wall walk to handstand, facing wall – start from push up position; scale to half wall walk

GET READY:
1:00 – wounded eagle
1:00 each side – Samson stretch

CONDITIONING:
3-4 rounds
1:00 – kettlebell swings 4kg-12kg
1:00 – mountain climbers
1:00 – stomp packing bubbles

GAME:
Chalk Line
