WARM-UP:
2x
1:00 – vertical jumps for height
1:00 – bear crawl

FOCUS:
Jump rope practice

GET READY:
1:00 each side – hamstring on a box
1:00 each side – turning toward adductor
1:00 each side – turning toward abductor

CONDITIONING:
2-3 rounds
1:00 – ring rows or parallel bar rows (keep bodies in plank position)
1:00 – any jump (along a circular coned course, may include objects to jump over)
1:00 – mountain climbers

GAME:
Telephone – Trainer whispers a triplet to one kid and then all kids do the triplet as it is described by last person. Remember to keep kids far enough apart so they do not overhear (with small group whisper the workout twice through).
