A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
Line up 3 cones 1 meter apart at distances of 1, 2 and 3 meters from a wall. Have kids kick a dodgeball or soccer ball from the inside of the lead foot at the first cone, from the outside of the lead foot at the second and with the laces at the third.

FOCUS:
Push press and thruster – Create two conga lines if needed for A/B groups of differing capacities. Use the following objects:

5#-8# dumbbells
Backpack
4#-6# Dynamini medicine balls
5#-10# sandbag
PVC-8# barbell

GET READY:
10 arm circles, forward
10 arm circles, backward
10 leg swings, forward and backward
10 leg swings, side to side

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 5:00
Alternate (trainer choice of when or if)
Box squats
Running jacks

GAME:
Thruster ball in a circle with the physio/stability ballColton-0149-2
