WARM-UP:
Broad jump relay – pass a dodgeball to teammate (in a circle)

FOCUS:
Superman/hollow holds – 1:00 on floor; repeat on pull-up bar 10 seconds each

GET READY:
Trainer’s choice

CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
1:00 – blocked squats
1:00 – box squats
1:00 – burpee box jump-over
30-second – hollow hold

GAME:
Races – Lunge 5 meters to hula hoop, perform 3 hula hoop rotations, run back.
