FOCUS:
Strict burpee – practice six-point burpee

GET READY:
2x
10 jumping squats
5 perfect push-ups

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 6:00
12 strict six-point burpees
24 jumping jacks

SKILL:
0:30-1:00 handstand hold
1:00-2:00 plank

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
