Lateral shuttle runs

FOCUS:
Kicking gator ball to a partner; short controlled kicks

GET READY:
1:00 – side-to-side runner stretches
1:00 each side – standing couch stretch

CONDITIONING:
2-3 rounds, 2:00 intervals

Paused-in-middle front squats at box
Water balloon or water pistol play

GAME:
Hide and Sneak
