Follow the leader bodyweight exercise x 3 reps – consecutive leaders chosen for movement quality not speed

FOCUS:

Rope climbs – practice grip with hanging holds on rope. Show types of grip: vertical, supinated and overhand

GET READY:

1:00 – couch stretch standing with flat back against wall

10 Cossacks

CONDITIONING:

AMRAP in 8:00

Using a 10 x 10 m space, have kids line up at one end

5 slow squats

10-meter broad jump

5 push-ups

10-meter walking lunge

GAME:

Overhead carry races with 10# bumper plate
