Hollow rock – practice and discuss. Perform hollow rock then hollow hold on bar into toes-to-bar.

GET READY:
1:00 – tall stretch
1:00 – down dog

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
Speed ladder RUN
5 basic dot drills
10 box squats w/pause in middle
5 jump-over hurdle burpees, 6” hurdle

GAME:
Limbo – w/1 hollow rock buy-in
