10 basic dot drills
Handstand hold/attempt => handstand walk or bear crawl
Crab walk => forward roll
2 cartwheels => 3 broad jumps
100-meter run

Squat – rooting in the heel

GET READY:
2x
10 Cossacks
5 super-slow squats

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 8:00-10:00
20 mountain climbers
10 squats
100-meter run

SKILL:
3 x 100-meter sprints
Rest 2:00 in between

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – calf smash/stretch
1:00 each side – Spiderman stretch
