10 mountain climbers
10 jumping jacks
100-meter run

SKILL:
Pull-up – focus on active shoulders in hollow position

WORKOUT:
AMRAP in 8:00
4 strict pull-ups (assisted okay)
8 box jumps, 12”-24”
200-meter run

CHALLENGE:
Seated sled pulls
