GET READY:

30-second T-plank right => 30-second T-plank left
10 banded shoulder presses

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 12:00
6 burpees
8 incline push-ups w/perfect planks
4 x 20-meter shuttle sprint

SKILL:
3x
1:00 – plank hold
1:00 – hollow hold

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – triceps stretch
1:00 each side – banded pec stretch
