Dip-Shrug-Drop-Stand (DSDS) – practice dip with knees out facing wall

GET READY:
1:00 each side – calf stretch against the wall
1:00 each side – Achilles stretch

CONDITIONING:
2 rounds
1:00 – DSDS, 1#-8# dumbbells
1:00 – blocked squats
1:00 – side-to-side hops
1:00 – mountain climbers

GAME:
Leapfrog races
