A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

Plank ball

FOCUS:
Knees-to-elbows on floor – knee position; arm/elbow position

GET READY:
1:00 each side – triangle stretch
10 PVC pass-throughs

CONDITIONING:
2-3 rounds, 2:00 intervals
10 blocked squats
10 floppies
Hula hoop – traditional hoop practice or step-throughs (while holding vertically like jump rope with a hoop)

GAME:
Tarzan – Set up targets for domino fun
