10 unloaded kettlebell swings

WORKOUT:
AMGMAP in 10:00
10 kettlebell deadlifts
15 jumping jacks
200-meter run

SKILL:
2x
10 dumbbell rows, each arm
10 ring rows
1:00 long plank

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
1:00 each side – hamstring stretch w/rope
