A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
3:00-5:00
Shuttle runs with cross-body touch and tap

FOCUS:
Strict pull-up practice

GET READY:
2:00 hamstring stretch on box

CONDITIONING:
3:00 box jump-over => 3 grasshoppers
2:00 play with hula hoops and dodgeballs
1:00 plank hold or with one knee on floor as progression (focus on solid position)

GAME:
Plank Ball – Kids roll balls to each other from a plank position. Alternate plank and hollow positions.
