Jump rope practice

FOCUS:
Kid President – press and push press

GET READY:
1:00 – wrist stretches on the floor forward palms down
1:00 – wrist stretches on the floor backward palms up (using light pressure)

CONDITIONING:
5-7 rounds
10-meter broad jump
10-meter bear crawl
5 push presses, unloaded-8#
5 stinkbug handstand push-ups (using floor not box)

GAME:
1:00 squat races for max reps – +2 reps for good knee position; +3 reps for muscles on
