A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
25-meter race to kick a ball to a target
Add 3 reps of jumping jacks, squats or burpees as buy in to allow variety in “winners”

FOCUS:|
Press – shoulder position start and finish; hold the sky/ceiling up

GET READY:
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 each side – biceps against wall

1:00 – press, unloaded-5# dumbbell|
1:00 – arm wrestling
1:00 – super-slow squats
1:00 – thumb wrestling
1:00 – jump rope
