Superman hollow and flips – discuss hollow in pull-up

GET READY:
2x, rest 30 seconds in between
1:00 – bottom of the squat dance party

CONDITIONING:
10 box squats
10 box jumps
3-5 pull-ups or attempts

GAME:
Lifeguard Test
