FOCUS:
Front squat – grab your ears, drop thumbs straight to shoulders

GET READY:
Bottom of the squat dance party – hips to the right, to the left; hands to the right, to the left; touch middle, etc.

CONDITIONING:
4 rounds
1:00 – dumbbell thrusters, unloaded-5#
1:00 – knees to elbows on floor

GAME:
Sandbag drag races
