WARM-UP:
Spinning Dodgeball

FOCUS:
Sumo deadlift high pull (SDHP) and the zipper – practice unloaded and focus on high elbows and keeping the object close

GET READY:
Split stretch attempts – forward and back; sideways

CONDITIONING:
EMOM for 8:00
4 SDHP from high hang after first rep, 4kg-8kg kettlebell
6 box step-ups

GAME:
Sleigh Rides – Trainers push or pull a prowler for kids to ride on.DSC_0036
