Handstand hold/attempt => handstand walk or bear crawl => forward roll
Speed ladder => 3 cartwheels => speed ladder
5 blocked squats => 5 blocked hops => 3 broad jumps

FOCUS:
Pose running – practice pose-fall-pull drill (http://www.tabatatimes.com/easy-as-pose-fall-pull-pose-running-101/)

GET READY:
1:00 – down dog
200-meter jog

WORKOUT:
3 x 800-meter sprints
Rest 3:00 in between

SKILL:
50 sit-ups

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – calf smash/stretch
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
