FOCUS:
Jumping and landing mechanics – focus on knee position relative to foot

GET READY:
2x
10 blocked squats
10 reverse lunges

WORKOUT:
5 rounds
5 broad jumps
10 box jumps
15 one-legged hops each side

SKILL:
3x
1:00 – dumbbell overhead hold
100-meter farmer’s carry

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – calf smash
1:00 each side – couch stretch
