WARM-UP:

Forward roll => 10-meter bear crawl => 10-meter crab walk
20 grasshoppers
10 squats

SKILL:
Ring row – focus on planking and lat engagement through range of motion

WORKOUT:
2 x 5:00 AMRAPs, rest 2:00 in between
4 x 10-meter side shuffle
8 ring rows
16 mountain climbers

CHALLENGE:
Single-leg box jumps
