3 kettlebell deadlift, 4kg-12kg at bench

GET READY:
1:00 pigeon stretch each side; add angles as kids are able

CONDITIONING:
2:00 mountain climbers
2:00 hollow holds or progressions
2:00 kettlebell deadlift at bench
