Skill:
Knee position in the lunge

WOD:
AMRAP 12:00
with a single dumbbell
5 db Hang power cleans
5 db push press
5 db overhead lunges
100m run
switch db to other side and repeat

Skill:
Bulgarian squats
Knees in landing position
