FOCUS:
Ring row – focus on maintaining plank

GET READY:
2x
15-second passive hang => 15-second active hang

WORKOUT:
3-5 rounds
200-meter row
10 ring rows
20 butterfly sit-ups

SKILL:
2x
10 chin-ups or supinated ring rows
100-meter farmer’s carry

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – lat smash
1:00 each side – overhead shoulder distraction
