WARM-UP:
3x or 5:00
2 handstand attempts => handstand walk or bear crawl
2 broad jumps
Alligator crawl
30 seconds in the bottom of the squat

SKILL:
Thruster – focus on maintaining rack position through range of motion

CONDITIONING:
AMRAP in 8:00-10:00
6 thrusters, 5# dumbbells-15# barbell
8 burpees
10-meter side shuffle (there and back)
