A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
Safe While Moving w/box jumps (discuss “knees out” landing position) – Standard rules of tag apply between cones. Kids must move from cone immediately after completing 3 box jumps and are only safe while exercising at cone.

FOCUS:
1:00 hop on one foot holding other foot in front => switch feet and repeat
1:00 hop on one foot holding one foot in back => switch feet and repeat

GET READY:
1:00 each side calf stretch against the wall
1:00 happy baby at wall

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
Group A/Group B
5 box squats/5 box front squats
5 incline push-ups/10 incline push-ups
5 burpees/10 burpees

GAME:
AbMat Bowling Race w/a spin and 2 burpees buy-in – Set up two or three AbMats in a triangle or pyramid 3-4 meters from start cones. Kids use a 4#-6# medicine ball to “bowl” over the mats.
