200-meter run
30 seconds in the bottom of the squat
200-meter sprint
30 seconds in the bottom of the squat

FOCUS:
Lunge – creating stability in the base and midline

GET READY:
2x
10 Cossacks
10 Spiderman lunges

WORKOUT:
3-5 rounds
12 stationary reverse lunges, alternating legs
12 box jumps, 12”-24”
12 straight-leg sit-ups

SKILL:
3x
100-meter suitcase carry
10 teapots, each side, unloaded

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – pigeon stretch
1:00 – upward dog
