WARM-UP:
10-meter polar bear crawl
Reindeer racing back (like polar bear plus leaps)

FOCUS:
Pull-ups and monkey swings to ring the sleigh bell

GET READY:
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 each side – Samson stretchSavannah_lunge

CONDITIONING:
4-6 rounds
12 kettlebell swings, 4kg-12 kg (no higher than eye level)
10 mountain climbers
Stuffed snowman bowling – 1 roll of medicine ball to targetJR_KBswing
