SKILL:
EMOM for 12:00
Even: handstand holds
Odd: levers or hollow holds

STRENGTH:
3 rounds
Max dips
15-25 bench dips
Max skull crushers
rest 2:00

MOBILITY:
Accumulate 5:00 in the bottom of the squat
