200-meter run => 10 blocked hops
200-meter run => 10 blocked squats
200-meter run => 10 one-legged hops, each leg

FOCUS:
Squat – hip hinge to initiate movement

GET READY:
2x
10 Cossacks
10 Spiderman lunges

WORKOUT:
4 rounds
300-meter row
30 squats

SKILL:
3x
10 dumbbell box step-ups
10 weighted Bulgarian squats

MOBILITY:
1:00 each side – couch stretch
1:00 – sitting V stretch
