Warm-Up
100-meter slow run
5 x 50-meter sprints

Focus
Jump for height – to pull-up bars (use crashmat while practicing)

Get Ready
Calf stretch against wall
Tricep stretch against wall

Workout
8:00-10:00 AMRAP
3-5 pull-ups
10 floppies
100-meter side shuffle

Game
Plank Ball – Have kids plank in a circle. They pass a physio ball by head-butting it or hitting it with one hand while maintaining the plank. Variations include a musical version where whoever is last touching the ball when the music stops goes to the center of the circle to do 3 push-ups, or whoever loses plank position first goes to the center for 3 push-ups.
