Warm-Up
Squat drill: sprint and squat showing all POP

Focus
Simon Says – Front squats and thrusters

Get Ready
Partner clasped hand behind the back stretch
Have kids reach each arm behind their backs and try to touch as high as possible along their spine; alternate arms
Runners stretch

Workout
10:00 AMRAP
50-meter run
5 squats
10 push-ups

Game
PVC Maze – Create a maze out of PVC pipe and have kids travel through it for time. Or create a two-exit maze equidistant from the entry and have teams race through. Players must return to start position if PVC is knocked or moved at any point. Increase difficulty by requiring a bear crawl, walking lunge or side shuffle to travel through.
