WARM-UP:
3:00-5:00
10-meter sprint, return and hold top of the squat position for 20 seconds

FOCUS:
Handstand kick-ups with full height from box – Practice neutral head position and metering power

GET READY:
1:00 – happy baby
1:00 – child’s pose

CONDITIONING:
AMRAP in a given time
10-meter hillbilly prowler with10”-20″ plyo-box or light tires
3-meter lateral handstand wall walk

GAME:
Radioactive River
