FOCUS:
“Dip-Shrug” (DS)
Discuss and practice knees out and shrug back

GET READY:
1:00 each side – pigeon pose
1:00 – happy baby

CONDITIONING:
AMRAP in 8:00-10:00
10 blocked squats
5 mountain climbers
5 dip-shrug-drop-stand (DSDS) with 4#-6# Dynamini medicine ball

GAME:
Tarzan with 1 DS buy in with 4#-6# Dynamini medicine ball
