FOCUS:
Rope climbs – practice beginner climbs from the floor with body planked

GET READY:
1:00 each side – triceps stretch at wall
1:00 each side – hamstring stretch against the wall

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00
10 DSDS, 1#-8# dumbbells or pumpkins
5 between-box dips
1 mark/initial on group pumpkin
