DSDS – Practice shrug portion (shrug back, not up)
1:00 each side – triceps over shoulder stretch, assist with opposite arm
25-50 jumping jacks
25 slow hang power cleans with pumpkin
Three Cups with pumpkins – Hide a pumpkin beneath one of three overturned plyo-boxes or similar containers. Create two lines of players using cones about 3 meters from the boxes.Using a deck of playing cards, the trainer throws down a numbered card in between and in front of the two lines so that the first player in each line can perform that number of box jumps. The first to finish may guess at where the ball is hidden. A correct guess scores the team a point. Between rounds of correct guesses, players are asked to lay face down and turned away from the boxes with their eyes closed, so the ball may be re-hidden.
