Plank pass-throughs and hold – forward and reverse, look for ankle-knee-hip-shoulder alignment

GET READY:
1:00 – piriformis stretch on the ground
1:00 – downward dog

CONDITIONING:
1:00 – box squats
2:00 – burpees
3:00 – Dynamini medicine ball push press (facing the wall if needed), 4#-6#
1:00 – box squats
