A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
Review hop, skip, and broad jump
-then-
2x
1:00 – hop => skip => jump => 1-meter side shuffle

FOCUS:
Dip-SQUEEZE – Set kids in a shoulder-to-shoulder line and focus on having knees travel laterally to touch neighbors’ knees

GET READY:
1:00 – downward dog
1:00 – wounded eagle
1:00 – downward dog

CONDITIONING:
AMGMAP in 8:00-10:00
50-meter run
5 DSDS, w/4#-6 # medicine balls placed in a hoop
5 jumping jacks

GAME:
Plank Ball w/15-second paused squat in middle of circle when “out” – Arrange kids in a circle and have them roll Gator Skin dodgeballs or similar soft balls to each other while maintaining a plank. Lost plank results in performing an exercise in the circle’s center.
