Leapfrog races
Leap frog vs roving plank races

FOCUS:
Push-up – plank at top; hands at sides

GET READY:
1:00 – child’s pose
1:00 – wounded eagle

CONDITIONING:
2-3 rounds
2:00 – box jump-over burpee (discuss knees out landings)
2:00 – free play within a determined area; provide dodgeballs Frisbees, hula hoops, etc.

GAME:
Max plank hold with AbMat-10# bumper on back
To add difficulty, max 3-point plank hold with AbMat-10# bumper on back
