Wall ball shots – bottom position; focus on muscles on
1:00 – bottom of the squat
1:00 each side – roped hamstring stretch

10 wall ball shots
Trainers – stage medicine balls equidistant in a large area 10 meters x 10 meters. Begin with the same number of medicine balls as kids. Every other round, when kids go out for the run, remove one medicine ball. Instruct kids to do burpees if they are waiting to use a medicine ball for wall ball shot.
Carnival-style targets in stacks of three (with heavy/metal boxes). Knock over targets with medicine ball throws from chest (working in the sagittal plane).
