STRENGTH:
Deadlift

ACCESSORY:
Hip extensions

PREP:
3x
100-meter backward run
10-meter bear crawl square
10 air squats
10 side-to-side hops each leg

SKILL:
Dumbbell hang power clean – focus on extension and hip mechanics

CONDITIONING:
5 rounds
400-meter run
10 rotational medicine ball burpees (use a light ball)
5 dumbbell hang power cleans

SKILL:
Varsity
Planche and lever

Junior Varsity, Frosh, and Beginner
Hollow holds and wall walk-ups

MOBILITY:
Pigeon stretch
Couch stretch
