FOCUS:
Hinge – Practice moving hips back with knees out over a bench. Repeat with a light kettlebell if ready.

GET READY:
1:00 hamstring on a box each side

CONDITIONING:

3 kettlebell deadlifts, 4#-12#
50-meter high-knee skip

GAME:
Plyo or physio ball soccer – Create a target for goal, allow quick touch to stop or redirect the ball with hands
