Kids class CrossFit Brand X – Ramona-Birthplace of CrossFit Kids

Warm up:
Animal walk relay

Focus: plank tight belly and back

WOD:
Amrap (8-10 minutes)
5 pushups
7 seconds plank
9 squats

Game:
Run For It

All the kids are bunched into a tiny circle in the center of the mat, then the trainer calls the name of one child and that child has 5 seconds to go anywhere they want on the mat at the call of go everyone tries to tag the child who’s name was called. Trainer may require certain animal walks to make the games go longer with the kids who are it. The person who tags the child is it on the following round.
