A Brand X Method™ Kids Workout

WARM-UP:
1:00 – practice toes-to-bar
1:00 – jumping jacks

FOCUS:
Toes-to-bar – on floor and flicking shins over head; try on the bar with kids who are able

GET READY:
1:00 – inchworm stretch to plank and back
1:00 – standing leg holds

CONDITIONING:
3 rounds
1:00 – hillbilly prowler passes
1:00 – toes-to-bar on floor

GAME:
Tic Tac Toe – w/AbMats and dodgeballs or similar soft objects – On “Go!” first kid on each team grabs an implement (marker) and sprints to the tic tac toe grid, places the marker in an open square, and sprints back to tag the next player’s hand. That player picks up a marker and repeats the process. If all markers have been placed without a winner (three in a row), then players continue to sprint to the grid and move their team’s markers until three are lined up in a row.
