Game
Dare You – Create three to five skill-based “dares” such as 10 pogo stick hops, an Indo board ride, balance beam walk, or jump over six stacked sandbags. Have kids race 50 meters run and perform 5 floppies and 5 jumping jacks. Place two hula hoops on the ground and write or place the word “dare” in one and write or place the words “dare you” in another. Kids return to the hoop they choose each round. Trainer can choose “winners” if play is too uneven.
